What is a credit?
One credit is one cent of generation. Each model shows its price in credits before you generate, and the number on the button is exactly what leaves your balance.
Do my credits expire?
Not while you are subscribed: unused credits roll over every month and keep adding up. If you cancel, they stay usable for 12 months, and if you subscribe again in that time they are added to your new plan.
What happens when a generation fails?
You get the credits back automatically, usually within seconds. You can see the charge and the refund side by side in your credit history.
